tusiad_logoDr. Argüden is a member of the Turkish Industrialist’ and Businessmen’s Association (TÜSIAD) since 1992, and an active member of the Economic, Parliamentary and Foreign Relations committees of the Association. He has contributed to the preparation of the report on competitiveness of Turkiye, the social security report titled “Retired and Happy”, mergers and acquisitions, and tax reform reports. He is also the Chairman of the Public Reform Working Group.

TÜSIAD is an independent, non-governmental organization that strives to promote public welfare through private enterprise. TÜSIAD is comprised of the Chief Executive Officers and Executives of the major Turkish companies in Turkiye. With the purpose of helping to improve of US-Turkish relations, TÜSIAD launched its US office in Washington, DC, in November 1998. Dr. Argüden served as a board member of TÜSIAD-US.
