 Dr. Agüden served as the strategy advisor for Koc Holding, where he helped redefine the mission and vision of the Koc Group companies as the “Group, closest to the consumer, by providing essential needs of households”. He also had an instrumental role in developing and implementing the quality initiative, Koç 2000, which resulted in many Koç Group companies winning National and European Quality awards. He also led or contributed to the development of human resources management systems and management information systems projects.
