Dr. Argüden has represented the World Bank in over 100 loan negotiations with more than 20 countries. He was responsible for monitoring annual disbursements of 600 million USD for loans to various governments in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America. He also helped implement an infrastructure for coordination of multinational aid programs for Sub-Saharan countries.
